Cancellation fees for accepting an estimate applies to all future customers of PWNG services. Cancellation fees for roof, gutter, window and wood restoration services as well as other add-on charges will apply if a 48 hour notice of cancellation is not received by PWNG services prior the date of service listed on the estimate form. Cancellation of date of service for another date of service are considered cancellations. Cancellations must be telephoned to our office 48 hours prior your service date.
No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any client in the event 48 hours prior notice of cancellation is not given. Requests for refunds must be in writing to PWNG services:

Refund processing time is about 3 weeks:
- No refunds will be given on service for no-shows
- No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any client after acceptance of services.
- No refunds will be given for any missed appointments and lack of a valid signature for completion of services.
- Once payment is applied, the reservation is subject to cancellation fees according to the below schedule.
